CATEGORY I. INDUSTRY EXHIBITIONS

What we are looking for: Exhibitions of highly disruptive innovations are preferred. (See disruptive innovation in Wikipedia) Manufacturers, scientists, artists, technologists, game developers, etc., are encouraged to exhibit.

 

What is available:

• Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no charge for the ability to display, but conference attendance is required.

• Twenty to thirty exhbitor table top or free standing trade exhibitor displays. Each exhibitor space is supplied with a dressed, six foot table, electrical outlet and public wireless.

 

Information we need from you:

• Name of Exhibiting Enterprise (company, team, individual entrepreneur)

• Names of who will be representing the Enterprise

• Lead contact information: emails and main phone contact

• Description of enterprise and area(s) of expertise

• Technical requirements

• General description of exhibit

• Days/times open for exhibiting (Thurs April 12 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.) (Fri April 13 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.) (Sat. April 13 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.)

 

Exhibitors are expected to acknowledge and comply with the John A. Spitzer Conference Center Policy and Procedures (here) and Stocker Arts Center Policy and Procedures regulations.

Ohio Showcase of Mixed Media Exhibtions & Workshops at Defrag Ohio Lorain

April 12, 13 and 14, 2007

Stocker Arts Center, Lorain County Community College, Elyria, Ohio

 

What we are looking for: Exhibitions of highly disruptive innovations are preferred. (See disruptive innovation in Wikipedia) Manufacturers, scientists, artists, technologists, game developers, etc., are encouraged to exhibit.

 

What is available: Stocker Arts Main Hall seating 1100, and two 220 seat amphitheater halls, one with performance floor space and both with projection capabilities, available for performance presentations and workshops (TBA/see conference schedule below). If you have installation exhibitions, these can be accommodated also depending on technical requirements.

 

Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no charge for the ability to exhibit. Artist performance applications and technical requirements will be met to the best of crew capabilities available if confirmation and technical information is received by deadline.

• Resumes/CV/JPGs and/or web links of company or artistic/technical personnel

• Exhibition availability (tentative depending on confirmations): (1) Fri April 13 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (2) Sat. April 13 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
